Michael Bottar has more than 10 years of experience in handling cases such as medical malpractice, wrongful death, work place accident and complex personal injury actions. His practice focus on claims related to birth injuries, stroke, surgical errors, governmental negligence and biomedical product liability.
Michael graduated from the Colgate University and Syracuse University of Law where he graduated as Summa Cum Laude. He is an author to a number of legal Publications especially related to medical issues. He regularly conducts lectures on medical malpractice all over New York. He continues to provide legal instruction to attorneys in Syracuse, Albany, Rochester, Buffalo, New York City and on Long Island.
